    What Is Your Current Employment Status?
    Knowing your employment status is hugely important as this directly impacts your ability to successfully secure a rental property.
    This is for everyone that will be on the Lease Agreement. This should be the total amount that is earned before any taxes.
    I understand that I will need to provide proof of income (paystubs and a letter of employment) and that will form part of my application for a rental property.
    Do You Have The First And Last Months Rent For The Deposit?
    For any application we make, you will need to have the first and last months rent ready to go as a deposit. Once a rental application is accepted, you will have one business day to make the deposit.
    What Is Your Credit Score?
    We require a minimum Credit Score of 650 to be able to work together.
    You will need a full credit report for your rental application. You can obtain one from: Equifax Canada or TransUnion Canada Many banks also provide credit scores through online banking, but for a full report, Equifax or TransUnion is recommended.
    Can You Provide The Following References?
    The more references that you can provide will help us build out a much fuller application package - This may seem like overkill but in a competitive market for an amazing home, it can make all the difference. Select all that apply.
    What Happens Next: Once the form has been submitted, it will be reviewed and the next steps will be communicated within 24hrs via email.
    Important Note: Please note that while we will try our best to find and secure your ideal home, there may be circumstances that may prevent us from being able to work together. These include but are not limited to, unsuitable credit scores, unemployment, inadequate income and/or availability of suitable rentals.
